Herrin Photography Policies
Welcome to Herrin Photography! These policies are here to make sure every session runs smoothly and that both the client and photographer have a clear understanding before booking.
Booking & Retainer Policy
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date and time.
Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been paid.
Remaining balances must be paid before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.
Sessions are booked on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.
Retainers may be transferred one time to a new date if proper notice is given.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a new retainer to rebook.
In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or unsafe conditions, sessions may be rescheduled at no extra charge.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your session.
Clients arriving late may lose shooting time to avoid affecting other scheduled sessions.
If you are more than 20 minutes late without communication, the session may be canceled.
Location
Herrin Photography only serves Cleveland MS and immediate surrounding areas. Meaning, the location may not be more than 30 miles away from Cleveland!
Editing & Turnaround Time
All images delivered are professionally edited in Herrin Photography’s style.
RAW/unedited images could be provided.
Turnaround times may vary depending on the season and workload, but clients will receive an estimated delivery timeframe after their session.
Additional edits beyond normal retouching may require an extra fee.
Photo Delivery
Final images will be delivered through an online gallery or agreed delivery method.
Clients are responsible for downloading and saving their images after delivery.
Herrin Photography is not responsible for lost files after gallery expiration.
Copyright & Usage
Herrin Photography retains copyright ownership of all images.
Clients may share and print their images for personal use.
Images may not be heavily altered, filtered, or edited without permission.
Commercial use of images requires written permission from Herrin Photography.
Model Release
By booking a session, clients grant permission for Herrin Photography to use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the session.
Client Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected during all sessions.
Herrin Photography reserves the right to end a session without refund if inappropriate, threatening, or unsafe behavior occurs.
Children & Safety
Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times during sessions.
Herrin Photography is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages during a session.
Creative Style
Clients acknowledge they are booking Herrin Photography based on its editing style, posing style, and creative approach.
While inspiration photos are welcome, exact recreations cannot be guaranteed.
Agreement
By booking a session with Herrin Photography, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these policies.
